FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: device to fix soil has tubes 2 and 3 positioned inside casing 1, and tube 4 to feed solidifying slurry. Tubes 2 and 3 are used to feed washing away liquid and air, and connected to side liquid jets 6 and air jets 7 located coaxially. Tube 4 is connected to slurry discharger. In so doing, swirl generating device in the form of annular chamber formed by pipe branch 11 and casing wall with liquid inlet being directed tangentially is positioned in the lower part of the device. The device has a sealing member in the form of elastic umbrella-like opening shell 17. The member base is secured so to be turned as to device casing. The device has a tube to conduct pulp.
