FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: prior to injection of aerated aqueous solution of mixture of nitrogen and phosphorous salts, injected successively into formation is fringe of aqueous suspension of mixture of methanogenic bacteria and spores of anaerobic bacteria prepared on fresh water with addition of antioxidant in the amount of 0.0025-0.0035 mas.% with methanogenic bacteria-to-anaerobic bacteria spores ratio in mixture of (0.8-1.2):(1.6-2.4), total content of mixture of microorganisms in suspension of 107-109 cells per milliliter and volume of fringe amounting to 8-12% of pore volume. Introduced into formation is fringe of solution and mixture of nitrogen and phosphorus salts in fresh water with salt mixture content of 0.0002-0.002 mas.%, and volume of fringe amounting to 8-12% of pore volume. Then, fringe of suspension of mixture of microaerophilic bacteria in fresh water with content of mixture of microaerophilic bacteria of 104-108 cells per milliliter, and fringe volume of 8-12% of pore volume is injected. After that, fringe of solution of mixture of nitrogen and phosphorus salts in fresh water is introduced with content of mixture of salts of 0.002-0.02 mas.%, and fringe volume of 16-24% of pore volume. Further on, injected is fringe of aqueous suspension of mixture of methane oxidizing bacteria and Pseudomonas bacteria prepared on fresh water with methane oxidizing bacteria-to-Pseudomonas bacteria ratio in mixture amounting to (1-2):(1-2) and total content of microorganisms in suspension is 106-108 cells per milliliter, and fringe volume of 8-12% of pore volume.
