FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is designed to increase productivity of oil and gas wells by way of treating both whole oil- bearing stratum and bottom zone of productive wells. Essence of method consists in that, into a nutritive medium where microorganisms perform required work, along with conventional nutritive components, a special ingredient in quantity $$$ wt % is added, this ingredient being chlorophenyloxyacetic acid ammonium salts of general formula $$$ where n = 1,2 and z = 1,2,3. EFFECT: enhanced activity of microorganisms.
