FIELD: material drying. SUBSTANCE: drier has inclined rotating drum with perforated holes and cylinder installed inside the drum. Bark mass supplied to drum its front end is subjected to compression several times during drum rotation up to its discharge through drum rear end. To improve dewatering, cylinder has perforated holes at its front and has nor perforated holes at its end. Perforation may occupy, approximately, half the cylinder length. Water guides are located at cylinder rear end to direct discharge water past the squeezed out bark mass living the press-drier. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 1 dwg
