FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: poultry droppings processing line has units for preparation of droppings, pressing of droppings, drying and conditioning of droppings. Raw material is dehydrated in the preparation unit until its moisture content is 80-85% then it is pressed by means of an auger-type press enclosed in a perforated cylinder. The perforation extends to 0.8-0.9 of the cylinder length. The product is unloaded into a cone- shaped shell with a perforated bottom. The shell is a component of the process line drier. Drying is performed with hot air. The dried product is delivered into the process line conditioning unit. The unit has a drum-type mill and a set of sieves for granulometric grading of the product and removal of solid foreign matter. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
