FACILITY FOR FRIABLE PRODUCTION DRYING BY SUPERHEATED STEAM Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC F26B17/20

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns facilities for evaporation of fluid contained in friable production by means of superheated steam used as a drying agent. It contains drying chamber, heat exchanger and facility for separation of production fractions and low-temperature steam, airtight connected to each other; and implemented intercommunication with environment through load device for friable production, discharge facility for friable production and escapement mechanism for produced excess of low-temperature steam. Drying chamber basically is cylindricity and load device for friable production, which is subject for drying, and escapement mechanism for dried friable production are located on opposite ends of drying chamber, and inlet port for steam is located on the same end with inlet port for friable production. Rotor which supports during facility operation time movement of friable production part from bottom to top of drying chamber is located inside of it. And from that place this part of production falls to the bottom part of drying chamber through the flow of superheated steam.

EFFECT: invention unites pulsated drying and drying by means of superheated steam in absolutely airtight facility.
