FIELD: automatics. SUBSTANCE: digital regulator has clock generator, three adders, two counters and registers, error on-line memory and control units, two error and control memory units, two product memorizing units. Mode unit, five switches, error and control on-line memory units, two coefficients memorizing units, two adders are brought into the device additionally. The regulator may be used for controlling operation of objects with variable parameters if the units with coupling mentioned before are applied. Initial conditions may be renewed at operation with renewed parameters of tuning. The regulator is capable to restore differentials computed before when using them at the first cycle of operation. Coefficients of the regulator being multiple to initial ones may be calculated and placed in memory. EFFECT: improved precision. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
