Holder has two horizontal dividing rollers, made in the form of rotating bodies with fins in their central part, that form dividing pass. Dividing pass two edge areas working surfaces are formed by side surfaces of truncated cones, small bases of which face rollers tail parts. Fin central area of each dividing roller is made as facing roller rotation center surface of half tore with diameter d₂ of its circumference equal to diameter d₁ of central part of working rollers pass and rotation radius R, that is equal to radius of big bases of truncated cones, side surface of which form two edge working areas of dividing pass fin. Rolling mill housing working rollers outcome feed in the form of tripled shape, linked by jumpers, is fed in dividing rollers of holder, in which due to wedge-type action of two wedge areas of dividing pass it is divided for three parts.
