FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: in speed parameters evaluation unit 2 sign and speed deviation Δvз are determined by running and preset speed comparing element 23 and intensity of change of speed running value Δvф, by threshold element 25. Moreover, by adjusting comparator 24, width of dead zone of device to speed deviation is set. Locomotive speed control is provided by stepped control unit 4 which supplies signals for notching up or down the diesel engine speed governor through diesel engine speed governor control unit 16, or by stepless control unit 3 which steplessly changes generator current by means of generator or current control unit 5. Signals from evaluation unit 2 are supplied to control inputs of units 3 and 4, and control output is selected depending on signal supplied to information inputs by means of constant jumpers. When notching up diesel engine speed governor, unit 4 provides pulse control of locomotive sanders 19 through unit 20 made in form of relay switch. When notching down diesel engine speed governor, unit 4 provides pulse control of locomotive brakes 21 through unit 22 made in form of relay switch. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of control. 1 dwg
