FIELD: spinning. SUBSTANCE: fibrous sliver 22 is delivered at constant speed to transportation channel 1 by means of mechanical feeder 7 and is transported in air stream. Air is delivered to channel 1 at constant mass flow rate set by throttling device 14 arranged in air delivery channel 4 laid from source 5. Sliver mechanical feeder is arranged in space of chamber 3 between outlet section of feed channel 2 and inlet section of transportation channel 1. Mechanical feeder is kinematically coupled with drive 10. At least part of channel 2 is made in form of condensing funnel. Flow damper can be installed in outlet part of channel 4. Damper is made in form of chamber 11 with drainage system 12 and baffles 13. Receiver can be installed on line of channel 4. Device can be furnished with fibrous structure dedusting arrangement in form of additional chamber 16 with inlet channel 17 communicating with suction pneumatic system 18.
