FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: to obtain semifinished product for spinning production that is a secured flat bundle of straightened and oriented fibres, having a continuous twisting layer, uniform over its entire length, a discrete flow of fibres is fed to rotary annular condensing surface simultaneously around its edges with orientation of fibres along it, fibres are distributed on the condensing surface differentially with feeding of the minimum quantity of fibres to the zone of removal from the condensing surface, formed from fibres by condensing of the bundle. Bundle is removed tangentially relative to the condensing surface, then the bundle is twisted into semifinished product, placed between the condensing surface and pair of outlet rollers, by a drive twister. At bundle twisting its twisted portion is located beyond the range of removal of the bundle in the direction opposite to the direction of withdrawal of semifinished product.
