FIELD: turbine manufacture. SUBSTANCE: located in the support of the turbo-machine casing, having the lower supporting member secured on the base plate, is an insert positioned between the lower and upper supporting members mating the latter on the cylindrical surfaces, bearing against which is the casing and provided with a cylindrical boss installed vertically in the hole made in the lower supporting member. Made in the upper supporting member are spaces uniformly arranged all over its length and a through hole located in parallel with its longitudinal axis; a flexible measuring element is hinge-joined on two supports in the through hole. The other measuring element is positioned with an interference fit in the space made in the insert cylindrical boss, it adjoins the cylindrical surface of the upper supporting member.
