SUBSTANCE: additional distributing manifold with a cooling steam inlet connection and outlet connections is attached to the diaphragm external surface; each of the connections has a rectilinear section passed through the holes in the cooled diaphragm, and a bent section in which chambers, communicating with each rectilinear and bent section of the outlet connections, are made at the ends of the upper and lower halves of the ring of the cooled diaphragm joined to the diaphragm ring.
