FIELD: freeze drying. SUBSTANCE: freeze drying set has absorbing chamber, cooling chamber, freezing-out header made in form of tube fitted with unions for connecting the ampoules filled with material being dried and flange for connecting to Dewar vessel neck and vacuum system with pipe lines. Set is provided with gas discharge tube with electric heating element and control unit with temperature sensor. Element is located in lower portion of gas discharge tube. Gas discharge tube is located in tube of freezing-out header in spaced relation. Electric heating element is connected with control unit and is located inside gas discharge tube below the nitrogen level. Absorbing chamber is made in form of hollow cylinder provided with cover. Cylinder is secured on part of freezing-out header which is located in its turn inside Dewar vessel. This part of freezing-out header is perforated. Temperature sensor is connected with control unit and is arranged in cooling chamber connected with gas discharge tube by means of pipe line. Additional gas discharge tube with electric heating element may be mounted in hollow cylinder of the set. This electric heating element is connected with second control unit to which temperature sensor mounted in cooling chamber is connected. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
