FIELD: drying in fluidized-bed. SUBSTANCE: grain drier comprises grain drying and cooling circuits. These include air chutes arranged horizontally with a small inclination along the grain flow, two fans and dust separators, inlet and discharge hoppers with batching members, and an air heating source. The grain drier also has a preheating circuit with a horizontally-arranged air chute, three grain holding chambers with adjusting gates, air desiccator, two recuperating heat exchangers and two waste heat exchangers. The grain drying circuit is comprised of two zones. The grain cooling circuit, the zones of the drying circuit and the grain preheating circuits are arranged one above another from bottom up, respectively, in the form of a multitier structure with opposite discharge devices of adjacent circuits and zones. The grain holding chambers are located at the outlet from the air chutes of the grain preheating circuit, upper and lower zones of the grain drying circuit. The air desiccator is installed before the inlet air pipe of the grain cooling circuit. Its outlet air pipe is connected across the first recuperating heat exchanger with the inlet air pipe of the lower zone of the grain drying circuit. The outlet air pipe is connected across the first waste heat exchanger, first dust separator, with the first fan, forming the first air circuit of the grain drier. Both waste heat exchangers are installed before the inlet air pipe of the upper zone of the grain drying circuit. Its air pipe is connected via the second recuperating heat exchanger with the inlet air pipe of the grain preheating circuit. The outlet air pipe of this circuit is connected via the second waste heat exchanger and second dust separator with the second fan forming the second air circuit of the grain dryer. The units supplying power to both recuperating heat exchangers are located in the gas duct of the air heating source. EFFECT: lower drying costs in fluidized bed. 1 dwg
