FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agricultural industry and can be used for postharvest drying of grain production at increased temperature. To housing of tight chamber with heat insulated walls there loaded through upper gate opening is dried loose product which is moved under influence of its own weight during drying process, and after drying process is completed, it is unloaded though lower gate opening. Closed air circulation cycle is used. Air heated in temperature stabilisation system is supplied with gas blower through air ducts to chamber. Wet drying agent passed through loose material layer is supplied from chamber to condenser of cooling unit and removed from it being dehydrated through recuperative heat exchanger with heat recovery of opposite gas flows divided with heat-conducting surface of channels of gas recuperative heat exchanger. Pre-heating of loaded grain is performed owing to heat cooled after grain drying in recuperative heat exchanger of product loading/unloading device. Mixing of product and temperature equalisation in chamber volume is provided by formation of fluidised bed in stationary or pulse modes.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction of power consumed for grain drying owing to heat recovery.
