FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: device has baffle which is provided with valves and separates its inlet and outlet, converters connected with the valves the first electrical inputs of which are connected with the first outlets of the control unit, and selector valve. The stop valves are air- operated and spring-loaded for stop. The converters are constructed as electropneumatic flip-flops and provided with the second electric inputs, air supply inlet and relief outlet. The control unit is provided with the second outlets in accordance with the number of the converters, third outlet, and the inlet. The inlets of the selector valve are connected with the inlet and outlet of the discrete valving-controlling device respectively, and the outlet is connected with the inlet of supply of the converters. The second outlets of the control unit is connected with the second electrical inputs of the converters, and its inlet is the inlet of the external control. The outlet circuits of the converters are provided with signaling units. The control units is provided with the second inlet whereto the output circuits of the signaling units are connected. The device has air-operated flip-flops, first and second electropneumatic valves, air-operated cylinder with piston, rack gear, first and second throttles, and rotatable gate. The air supply inlets of electropneumatic valves are interconnected and connected with the inlet of the rotatable gate and are air supply of the electropneumatic flip-flop. The electric inputs of the electropneumatic valves are electric inputs of the electropneumatic flip-flop. The outlets of the electropneumatic valves are connected with the inlets of the first and second throttles and with the first and second spaces of the air-operated cylinder. The outlets of the throttles are coupled with the outlet of the rotatable gate and are the air outlet for relief of the electropneumatic flip-flop. The piston of air-operated cylinder is coupled with the mechanical inlet of the rotatable gate through the rack transmission. The outlet of the gate is the outlet of the electropneumatic flip- flop.
