SUBSTANCE: throttling valve has partition mounted in its body and functioning to separate inlet and outlet pipe connections, working medium inlet and recovery headers, shut-off elements, converters, and control unit; shut-off elements have orifice plate, control cavity, and two-position piston spring-loaded for closure; converters are three-way elements with working medium inlet communicating with inlet header, first outlet, with control cavity of shut-off element, and second outlet, with recovery header; it is provided with two-position electromechanical actuator that has limit alarms and power input connected to control unit output; power output of alarms is connected to its second outputs; unit proper is provided with first input for external control signal. Number of converters depends on flow section area of orifice plates; difference between first and last but one section areas amounts to two-fold; last section area equals last but one area; last and last but one areas are implemented in two shut- off elements joined by converter.
