FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, mining and delivery of gas and liquids, gas pumping, power production and chemical equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has inlet and outlet, wall, which is located in housing, and locking valves with pneumatic control. Pipeline piece contains first wall. Second wall is mounted over first wall outside pipeline and is connected to housing by means of cylindrical hollow ties, each of which contains usage disk. Each locking valve has two-position piston and impact-protection body, which move in case, which is located in respective tie. In addition device has rest and two springs, first of which is restricted in motion and is located in control chamber between rest and impact-protection body. Second spring has greater motion and is located in dampening chamber between impact-protection body and piston. Side surface of tubes, ties and cases is equipped with holes for passing working medium to usage disks. Each usage disk is designed as extending nozzle, which output section contains flow splitter, which is designed as plate with holes and is located at angle with respect to longitudinal axis of valve. EFFECT: increased reliability due to increased rigidity of their structure, and increased stability of dynamic characteristics in all conditions. 2 cl, 2 dwg
