FIELD: line high-speed transport. SUBSTANCE: traction equipment includes field structure 1 of line asynchronous motor which magnetic core carries coils of three-phase winding 2 with even number of poles laid in slots, secondary element 5 and compensation unit 3 installed along running in front of field structure (magnetic core of unit 3 has similar coils with same number of them per pole), coils of three-phase winding 4 with even number of poles lesser than number of poles of field structure 1. Windings 4 and 2 of compensation unit 3 and field structure 1 are connected in series. Gap between working surface of unit 3 and secondary element 5 exceeds working gap of motor. EFFECT: increased resulting traction force of motor within bigger range of change of sliding. 4 dwg
