FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: unit has a horizontal housing with inlet systems for both initial liquid and working agent, outlet systems for the working agent and secondary steam, and a heater. The unit is provided with driving drums located inside the housing at its opposing ends, flexible elbows (also inside the housing) mounted to form one central and two peripheral spaces for synchronous reciprocal movement. One end of elbows is bent and hermetically fixed along the perimeter to the inner wall of the housing, another is wound around the drums. Each inlet and outlet system of the working agent communicates with peripheral spaces; the inlet systems for the initial liquid and outlet systems for liquor and secondary steam communicate with the central space.
