Preliminary shaping appliance consists of outer slide carrying the upper clamp of workpiece. Appliance for finishing shaping consists of central slide affecting the punch. Device has lower sheet clamp placed directly on flexible cushion and interacting with upper clamp for clamping at least in localized zones of sheet bar. Lower clamp may have constant or variable section thickness, for example L-shaped form. Device has compensation members positioned under flexible cushion or between lower clamp and flexible cushion.
