SUBSTANCE: workpiece is placed on the pressing surface of the matrix die, the workpiece peripheral area is clamped by the braking thresholds. The further forming of the rolling out transition is carried out by the forming punch introduction into the central area of the workpiece with the metal flow braking by the die braking elements. In this process, the central area becomes convex during the clamping of the workpiece peripheral area and acquires the additional metal set, used to form the rolling out transition, with the uniform metal stretching. The additional metal set in the workpiece central area is formed by moving the metal part from the peripheral area at the time of the workpiece clamping by the braking threshold.
EFFECT: stamped parts strength and stiffness increase, its front surfaces quality improvement.
