FIELD: grinding. SUBSTANCE: grinder is positioned in housing. Grinding head with grinding finger is mounted within rotary device so that it may effectuate rocking motion. Grinder is fixed on two levers, which may freely move in horizontal plane. One level is designed for vertical displacement along bar. Vertical motion may be adjusted for creating balanced action and applying down force and delivery pressure. Balance or equalizing action and delivery pressure are created by means of one cylinder.
