FIELD: plastic working of metals. SUBSTANCE: spinning block has at least one roll-type member, hydraulic drive for creating spinning force and working medium source connected with hydraulic drive and adapted for supplying working medium at predetermined pressure with predetermined flow rate. Hydraulic drive and working medium source are rigidly interconnected to form integral unit. Spinning tool and integral unit separate casing rigidly connected one with the other. Hydraulic drive for creating spinning force is made in the form of piston or gear-type pumps. Each pump may be connected to respective drive engine, which is formed as hydraulic motor of electric engine. Spinning block is provided with spring-loaded accumulator, which is hydraulically connected with spinning tool. Spinning block has shank for fastening in one of working tools of machine. Another version of embodiment of springs block is presented. EFFECT: increased quality of metal and enhanced reliability in operation of spinning block. 18 cl, 7 dwg
