Step is movably supported on rolling elements and/or sliding surfaces. Drive is coupled to the step for extending and retracting the step. Rolling elements or sliding surfaces are positioned in exactly three support regions at a distance from one another and arranged in a triangle, support regions or located on several rockers. Bearing points of rockers are positioned in exactly three bearing zones at a distance from one another and arranged in a triangle.
EFFECT: decreased load onto step.
