FIELD: mechanical vehicles. SUBSTANCE: device has bicycle frame and shaft provided with the pedal gear and gear for winding spring whose one end is secured to the shaft and the other end is secured to the spring drum whereto the gear is secured. The shaft can freely rotate in bushing and move along it to the right and to the left. Gear, bushing, and spring are rigidly secured to the bushing. A gear with openings is secured to the other end of the shaft. The shaft with the gear and drum moves to the right under the action of the lever and bushing and to the left under the action of the spring. A vessel filled with liquid carbon dioxide is mounted on the frame and connected with the internal space of the drum through mechanical batching valve and contact connecting pipe. A gear, which engages the gear in its left position, is mounted on the pedal shaft at the left with respect to the direction of bicycle motion. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 dwg
