FIELD: conversion of energy of wind waves. SUBSTANCE: tanks partially filled with working fluid and intercoupled by means of paired water conduits with hydraulic turbines and gears ensuring successive flow of working fluid through water conduits caused by oscillation motion are placed outside of boards of floating craft. Turbines in this case are installed at ends of water conduits by opposite boards. They can be placed in upper part of water conduits and stream of water in front of turbine is accelerated with the aid of regulation shutter narrowing flow part of water conduit. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency and reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
