FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: two membranes are disposed in the housing for reciprocal displacement and formation of the pump and driving chambers. The elastic centers of the membranes are connected by rods of piston. The regulating control valve is made as a bush with a dividing wall with radial channels for supply and disposal of the driving agent and is spring-loaded relative to the membranes. The pump drive is made pulsed. The housing has props, the control valve has tips for fixation extreme positions. The overall length of springs is chosen less than that of the axle by the value of the control valve displacement. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of pumping over the toxic and aggressive and gas agents. 5 dwg
