FIELD: transportation and proportioning of aggressive, toxic and dangerous fluids. SUBSTANCE: arranged in housing are diaphragms connected by means of sealed rods. Diaphragms form pumping and actuating chambers. Rocker arm is engageable with check normally-closed pressure valve having additional outlet to atmosphere. Values are connected to passages connected the main with control chambers of pneumatic distributor. Rocker arm is engageable with end stops fitted on rod and provided with body of revolution which is used fix extreme positions at engagement with flexible member and dampening sealing gates action on pressure valves.
