FIELD: construction of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: heating element uses tubular ferromagnetic conductors and external coating, it is connected to an electric power source. The heating element is introduced into the pipeline through a connecting coil. A guide passage is provided to let in the heating element. The coil is made as a cylindrical casing, whose diameter equals the diameter of the pipeline with adapters at the ends and a hole on the side wall, through which the passage is brought in the cylindrical casing and hermetically secured in it, partially projecting from the casing outside. The passage section projecting outside the casing is provided with a sealing means and a means for moving the heating element in the pipeline in the form of bearings and/or drive.
