FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns oil production from littoral and near-shore sea collectors. Formation is simultaneously affected by tensile sound waves and electric heating. To that end, in the borehole over oil collector, insulation bridge is preliminarily formed by way of creating a cavity by cutting a part of casing string and filling this cavity with insulating material. Electric current is supplied to oil collector over a part of casing string disposed below insulation bridge through mechanically or hydraulically actuated connectors from vibrator or through cable connecting vibrator with hydraulically actuated connectors located over insulation bridge. The latter or vibrator are powered through cable, productive string, or through insulated casing string. Special-type vibrators are used, their structure being presented in the description.
