FIELD: laying of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: heating conductor is introduced as electric contact into the transmission pipe line through connecting head. Conductor is made in form of electric conducting pipe with clearance which is mounted in the flexible transmission pipe-line with inner steel layer by means of electric insulating elements. Pipe is provided with fastener at its end inside the transmission pipe line; this fastener forms electric contact with steel layer of pipe line and with pipe. Other end of the pipe is connected with the power supply source and is secured to the pipe by means of sealing and connecting member. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
