SUBSTANCE: drier is additionally provided with heat-transfer agent distribution chamber; heat-transfer agent supply device is made in form of fan whose delivery end is connected to heat-transfer agent distribution chamber and suction end is connected to part of tubular passages forming recirculating loop; relationship of total area of recirculating tubular passages to total area of working tubular passages does not exceed 1:2; total area of working passages is less than 2/3 of total area of drying chamber.
