FIELD: drying of farm products. SUBSTANCE: drying is effected by repeated transfer of air with use of centrifugal fan through closed loop, including discharge channels and working chamber. Velocity of drying agent in discharge channel is 2.5-4.5 times higher than that in working chamber, which is from 2.0 to 5.0 m/s. Discharge channel and working chamber are located inside heat-insulation body and are formed by L-shaped shield. Additional adjusting flap is located in discharge channel past fresh air intake elbow. Side wall of body is provided with doors. EFFECT: enhanced rapidity and quality of drying. 2 cl, 1 dwg
