FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of a low-temperature belt dryer connected to the input of the drum high-temperature dryer of final drying. The high-temperature dryer at the inlet is connected to the channel of supplying the flue gases, and at the output on the channel of spent coolant with cyclone, scrubber and waste-heat exchanger. The device is also equipped with a heat exchanger of recycling water supply connected to the waste-heat exchanger for connection to the recycle water supply circuit of the enterprise. The low-temperature dryer is connected by the air-duct to the intertube output of the heat exchanger of recycling water supply, which input is in turn connected to the air duct of collecting the atmospheric air. If necessary, the structure provides for additional air heating with infrared heater.
EFFECT: increased productivity of the existing drying equipment by utilising the capacity of the original flue gas of gas dryers, and use of the thermal capacity of the recycle water supply circuit of the enterprise.
