SUBSTANCE: furnace has housing, reaction chamber with chute- shaped false bottom, current-supply charge refractory placed on bottom between chutes, loading and unloading branch pipes, gas distributing system; bottom is made of gas distributing and current-supply units and refractory inserts mounted in turn; inserts are made in form of reversing triangular prisms and are located between units; gas distributing units may be made at angles of 30 to 40 deg at base and current-supply units may be made at angles of 45 to 70 deg; height of refractory inserts is equal to 0.25-0.3 of height of units.
