FIELD: measurement technology; medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing a selected sample with indicating gas solving in the given volume with increasing pressure. Then, abrupt drop of pressure is created in the working space invoking gas bubble generation and growth on the particles suspended in liquid. Gas bubble diameter grows up to 10 mcm and more during 1 ms for particles of 0.01-0.5 mcm facilitating the process of determination of the number and size of particles suspended in liquid. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in measuring the number of particles; improved quality control of transparent medical liquid preparations. 2 cl, 1 dwg
