FIELD: temperature metering in hard-to-get at places, for instance, in channels of fast reactors which do not incorporate required instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: working medium with solid-to-liquid phase interface is placed in leak-tight vessels communicating through tube and heated. Prior to do so, differential pressure is built up between vessels and temperature is determined by weight of working medium transferred from one vessel to other. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 1 dwg
