Abstract RU 2037830 C1

FIELD: electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: counter has tracking analog-to-digital converters, multiplying digital-to-analog converter, bias voltage source, filter-amplifier, controlled frequency divider. Output signals of measuring members are added in the filter-adder which has output to be connected with the first tracking analog-to-digital converter. Output of the first tracking analog-to-digital converter is connected with input of controlled frequency divider. Output of the divider is connected with frequency divider and electric-mechanical counter connected together in series. Output of the second tracking analog-to-digital converter is connected to outputs of measuring current converter and bias voltage source; current transformer and bias voltage source are connected together in series. Output of the second tracking analog-to-digital converter is connected to digital input of multiplying digital-to-analog converter. Analog input of multiplying digital-to-analog converter is connected with output of measuring voltage converter and the second output of filter-amplifier which are connected together in series. The first output of filter-amplifier has to be the output of measuring member of the counter. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. 3 cl, 4 dwg
