FIELD: optical instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: microscope has closed or open construction of vertical frame support. Surface of subject table is disposed in vertical. Horizontal optical axis is oriented in perpendicular to subject table. Case of the microscope has two vertical parts of the support at least; the parts are connected together by base of the support and are disposed one behind the other one at operator's position. There is vertical subject table between both parts of the support. Horizontal optical axis keeps perpendicular position relatively this vertical table. Angular difference between vertical plane and surface of subject table and, as a result, angle between horizontal axis and horizontal line may be equal to 30 deg. Capability of working with large-scale objets is provided for every types of works due to laminar air stream acting at the object region, especially when working with plates which can not be polluted. Operator is capable to perform all the necessary operations for microcopying object, he could also use control boards which are designed taking ergonomics principles into account and disposed outside the critical region of object. The system described may be used as central unit in completely automated lines for checking and measuring parameters of the devices, when using control computational complexes.
