FIELD: tomography. SUBSTANCE: tomography method uses microscope with light source, image scanning device, light separation unit, reference and object channels, displaying channel, and tomography processing unit. Reference and object channels are provided by respective lens and mirror, which is located in its hinder focal plane. Object channel mirror serves as microscope slide. Front focal planes of ocular and lens match. Said method involves scanning light source image in front focal plane of object channel lens, generation of light source image in front focal plane of reference channel lens, reverse directing of light beam reflected from lens or passed object and reflected back, matching resulted images of microscopic object to reference light beam. Produced interference patterns provide amplitude-phase characteristics of microscopic object and three-dimensional space distribution of refraction index and/or absorption index of object. EFFECT: quantitative data about three-dimensional distribution of refraction index and/or absorption index, increased sensitivity of measurements. 15 cl, 6 dwg
