FIELD: determination of strontium radionuclides 89Sr, 90Sr. SUBSTANCE: method provides for separating strontium radionuclides from the sample solution without limiting its volume and with a high value of the concentration coefficient. This separation is of a selective nature, separating radionuclides from macrocomponents and associated radionuclides with an output not less than 95% Strontium is separated under dynamic sorption conditions with the solution passing at the rate of 20 ml/min through silica gel with grafted hexadecyl groups and quantitative eluation with 3 M nitric acid. This enables multiphase utilization of sorbate. The time required for separation of 89,90Sr and radiometric targets is 1.5-2 h. EFFECT: higher simplicity and rapidity of the method. 5 tbl
