In addition device has video signal generation unit 2, row parity detection unit 3, pulse delay unit 4, commutator 5. This results in possibility to increase resolution. By this reason number of complex multiplication which are needed for two-dimension algorithms of quick Fourier transform are decreased by 25 percents.
