SUBSTANCE: device has unit, which generates pulses which correspond to position of electron beam on screen of cathode-ray tube, and unit for generation of video signal. In addition device has line even-number detector, unit which delays pulses which correspond to position of beam on screen of cathode-ray tube, and commutator. Output of unit which generates pulses which correspond to position of electron beam on cathode-ray tube screen is connected to first input of commutator, input of line even-number detector and input of unit which delays pulses which correspond to position of electron beam on cathode-ray tube screen. Output of line even-number detector is connected to second input of commutator, which output is connected to output of pulse delay unit and input of unit which generates video signal.
