SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes catherization of ureters, positioning openings in catheters solely in region of pelves, additionally draining both end portions of transplant, removing ureteral catheters 10 to 15 days after operation, withdrawing drain device from transplant 20 to 25 days after operation, and finally fixing permanent catheter in required position. EFFECT: more sophisticated technique.
