FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating intestinal U-shaped reservoir after performing cystectomy or cystoprostatectomy. Interintestinal side-to-side anastomosis is applied on the space equal to 2/3 of intestine segment with additional reservoir formation as intestinal spur. The intestinal spur-to-urethra anastomosis is made. The spur is fixed to pelvis walls. Anastomoses between two adjacent ends of the intestine and ureters are formed. The anastomoses are formed outside the postoperative irradiation zone. Temporary epicystostomae are applied for healing the urinary bladder. EFFECT: increased quality of life for urinary bladder cancer patients. 1 dwg
