FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: after carrying out cystectomy one should apply urethral stump to the wall of intestinal reservoir. Ligature and perforator is introduced into the lumen of intestinal reservoir. Ligature is applied through reservoir's wall, through urethra outwards. Reservoir should be fixed to urethra round the ligature. After achieving adhesion perforator is used to form opening in the wall of intestinal reservoir. The suggested innovation enables to decrease complications of postoperative period. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
