The vacuum pump is constructed as coaxially mounted hose, pipe, and torus. One end of the hose is secured to the housing and the other end is secured to the pipe. The device is provided with driving reverse drum mounted inside the housing and belts one ends of which are wound on the drum and the others are secured in the pipe and enclose the torus.
