FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: accumulated granule wastes are filled at continuous vibration compaction of granules with frequency of 15-60 Hz and amplitude of 0.1-1.0 mm into cylindrical capsules whose shape and sizes correspond to the required electrode. Degassing is accomplished in special vacuum plant with subsequent tight welding of capsules. Filling rate and degassing grade are regulated by parameters: 40-50 m/h and (5,0-1,3)·10-2 Па. Produced cylindrical capsules are subjected to hot gas static compaction. Electrodes are rounded off and subjected to plasma spraying. Produced granules are sifted with siftings collected in separate vessels. Accumulated siftings are used for production of granules to utilize wastes up to 100% of nonstandard fractions. EFFECT: higher yield of satisfactory product and efficiency of process due to maximum utilization of granule wastes. 1 tbl
